I help adults heal from complex trauma and break free from perfectionism, people pleasing, shame, and disconnection.
I’m a passionate, curious, and creative person who adores this (often very odd) work.
I have a special place in my heart for depth-oriented, relational work that focuses on what happening underneath the “problem”. The clients who love to work with me are often self-aware adults that crave a space where they can let go and fully experience themselves without expectation or control.
