Hi, I’m Grace! (she/her)

LPC Associate (#98838) | Supervised by M. Michelle Hawn, MA, LPC-S

I specialize in helping individuals and couples cultivate lives that feel authentic and meaningful.

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the power of genuine connection and freedom. I believe therapy is most effective when it is spontaneous, dynamic, and personal, so much of my focus is spent on cultivating a relationship where you feel empowered and safe to show up fully. Because authenticity is the foundation of my practice, I bring my full self into the therapy room. I don’t just passively listen and offer advice. I show up with care, presence, and heart — not afraid to laugh, feel, or be real with you — so you can feel safe enough to do the same.

My Approach

People often come to therapy hoping to quiet the chaos. They want an off switch to finally stop the feelings that seem to make a mess of their lives. But true healing doesn’t work that way, because we can’t numb pain without also numbing joy, connection, and meaning — the very things that make life worth living.

My approach isn’t about fixing or changing you, but rather about helping you turn towards yourself and build your capacity to feel, experience, and move with your experiences, rather than against them.

Together, we’ll explore the parts of you and your story you’ve learned to avoid — gently and at your own pace — so you can begin to reconnect with the life, meaning, and wholeness you long for.

My approach is grounded in a trauma-informed foundation and draws from:

  • Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT)

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Constructive Psychotherapy

  • Existentialism

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Internal Family Systems Informed (IFS)

  • Somatic practices

You might feel at home here if any of these resonate.

  • For those who have been told their emotions are too big or overwhelming.
Here, your sensitivity is honored, not seen as a problem. There’s space for all of you.

  • You’ve always felt like you didn’t belong — even in your own life.
Whether it’s in your family, community, or the world at large, we hold space for the parts of you that never quite fit the mold.

  • You feel numb, directionless, or unsure who you are anymore.
This is a space to reconnect to yourself, your feelings, and the meaning that’s been hard to find.

  • You’ve been taught that love must be earned by being good, helpful, or flawless.
Here, you don’t have to perform. We can explore who you are beneath the pressure.

  • You want to process painful experiences in a way that feels safe and supportive.
This is a space for you to reclaim your your story, body, and self gently, at your own pace.

  • You keep repeating the same cycles but don’t know how to break free.
Together, we’ll explore the deeper roots and start creating new possibilities — with compassion and curiosity.

  • You want to strengthen your relationship — with yourself or your partner.
We help individuals and couples move through disconnection and into more honest, intimate, and grounded ways of relating.

  • You’re exhausted from the constant stream of anxiety, anger, or sadness that never seems to go away.

Let’s build your capacity to experience and process what you are carrying.
